Extension Activities  Within a short span of few months after the beginning of the first Academic Session, the University showed its presence by participating in the different programmes of Department of Agriculture and Horticulture in the Bundelkhand region. The University put up its stall and showcased its present facilities and future programmes for education and research in agriculture and allied areas. The faculty members of the University acted as resource persons in their respective fields of specialization, delivered lectures, answered the queries and guided the participating farmers.

Transfer of Six Krishi Vigyan Kendras located in Bundelkhand Region
There are six Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) in the Bundelkhand region at Banda, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Jhansi and Lalitpur administered by CSA University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur have been transferred in 1 April 2017 under the jurisdiction of the Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda.

International Plant Protection Training Consultant of FAO, Afghanistan.

    Prior Job Experience: 6 years of teaching experience at Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi (U.P.) and MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Gajapati (Odisha) as well as 6 months of Research experience at Birsa Agricultural University, Ranchi (Jharkhand).

    Publications: More than 20 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals, 02 books, 11 book chapters, 7 practical manuals, 6 leaflet/extension bulletins and 1 success story.

    Prior Teaching Experience: 2 years teaching experience in Diploma in Seed Technology and Marketing in Banaras Hindu University.

    Awards: UGC Research Fellowship during Ph.D. Young Scientist Award & Young Environmental Award by various organizations and Best Paper Presentation in International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture Development in Changing Global Scenario in Banaras Hindu University.
